Shrubs and Flowers
Apply 2lbs per 100 square feet of bed in early spring and summer. For side-dressing, apply a handful around each mature plant and work into soil lightly. Water thoroughly after application.
Shade and Fruit Trees
Use 2lbs for each inch of trunk diameter in early spring before growth begins. Another application can be made in fall after leaves drop. Broadcast evenly under drip line. Water well.
Vegetables
Broadcast 2lbs over 30 square feet and mix into the soil prior to planting. Side-dress with 2lbs per 30 linear feet after seeding or planting. Water well after each application
